PR 349/bsps * startup/pgtbl_setup.c, startup/pgtbl_activate.c: New files * startup/Makefile.am, startup/bspstart.c, startup/linkcmds: Let the powerpc/shared (+derived) BSPs use pagetable support from libcpu.
