* configure.ac: AC_CHECK_FUNCS(strlcpy strlcat).
	* src/strlcat.c: New (extracted from pppd/utils.c).
	* src/strlcpy.c: New (extracted from pppd/utils.c).
	* Makefile.am: Add BSD_C_FILES, strlcat.c, strlcpy.c.
