scripts: Renamed RInt (and friends) -> CsvInt (and friends)

The prefix Csv* has slightly more meaning than R*, since these scripts
interact with .csv files quite a bit, and it avoids confusion with
rbyd-related things such as Rattr, Ralt, etc.
