Tom Tromey 06cc9596e8 Move gdb_select.h to gdbsupport/ 
This moves gdb_select.h to gdbsupport/, so it can be used by other
code there.

This is a helper library that is used by gdb and gdbserver.

To send patches, follow the gdb patch submission instructions in
../gdb/CONTRIBUTE.  For maintainers, see ../gdb/MAINTAINERS.
