2949648166 autoupdate: replace obsolete macros AC_CANONICAL_SYSTEM 
- AC_CANONICAL_SYSTEM by:
    * AC_CANONICAL_HOST where host, and host_alias are needed
    * AC_CANONICAL_TARGET where target_alias is needed
