* configure.in: Substitute RPATH_ENVVAR.

Browse Source 
* configure: Rebuild.
	* Makefile.in (RPATH_ENVVAR): New variable.
	(check): Use $(RPATH_ENVVAR) rather than LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
