* gdb.texinfo (main menu): Add Annotations.
(File Options): Add @cindex entries for each command-line option.
Document --epoch, --annotate, --async, --interpreter, --write,
--statistics, and --version.
* annotate.texi: Convert to a chapter. Use @value{GDBN} instead
