Remove prototype.
(SVR4_FETCH_LINK_MAP_OFFSETS): Remove define.
* config/sh/linux.mt (TDEPFILES): Add sh64-tdep.o, remove
solib-legacy.o.
* Makefile.in (sh-linux-tdep.o): New.
