* utils.c (xmalloc,xcalloc,xstrdup): New fns.

* server.h (ATTR_MALLOC): New macro.
	(xmalloc,xcalloc,xstrdup): Declare.
	* hostio.c: Replace malloc,calloc,strdup with xmalloc,xcalloc,xstrdup.
