* Makefile.in: add new files remote-vx29k.c, config/a29k/tm-vx29k.h,
and config/a29k/vx29k.mt.
* configure.in: add new configuration a29k-*-vxworks.
* remote-vx29k.c: new file merged from WRS.
* remote-vx.c: merge changes from WRS.
