* frame.h (get_frame_saved_regs): Declare.
	(frame_saved_regs_zalloc): Change return type to CORE_ADDR
	pointer.
	* frame.c (get_frame_saved_regs): New function.
	(frame_saved_regs_zalloc): Return the allocated saved_regs.
