	(linux_xfer_siginfo): Use siginfo_fixup to convert between the
	siginfo layout expected by ptrace and the siginfo layout of the
	inferior.
	(linux_nat_set_siginfo_fixup): New.
	* linux-nat.h (linux_nat_set_siginfo_fixup): Declare.
