* gdb.c++/misc.cc (class ClassParam, class_param): Define.

Browse Source 
(use_methods): New function.
	(main): Call use_methods().
	* gdb.c++/classes.exp (test_method_param_class): New procedure.
	(do_tests): Call test_method_param_class.
