        (puts_debug): Change 'carriage_return' local variable to return_p
        to avoid name clash.

        * config/m68k/nm-apollo68b.h: Don't define PTRACE_IN_WRONG_PLACE,
        determine it with autoconf.
        * config/i386/nm-linux.h: Don't define NO_SYS_REG_H, determine it
        with autoconf.
