* i386netbsd.c, ns32knetbsd.c, sparcnetbsd.c: removed RCS Id's.
  changed how PAGE_SIZE and SEGMENT_SIZE are defined so they are
  consistant with each other.
* netbsd.h (N_HEADER_IN_TEXT, TEXT_START_ADDR): NetBSD fits its
  header into the start of its text segment.
