	DEPRECATED_REGISTER_VIRTUAL_TYPE.
	* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Regenerate.
	* arch-utils.c,	hppa-tdep.c, regcache.c, regcache.h: Update.
	* sh64-tdep.c, sparc-tdep.c: Update.

	* gdbint.texinfo (Target Architecture Definition): Rename
	REGISTER_VIRTUAL_TYPE to DEPRECATED_REGISTER_VIRTUAL_TYPE.
