* configure.in (strerror): Check if function must be declared.
        * acconfig.h (NEED_DECLARATION_STRERROR): New define slot.
        * gdb_string.h (strerror): Function declaration issued if
        NEED_DECLARATION_STRERROR.
        * configure, config.in : Files regenerated.
