Merged in m68k-linux patch from Andreas Schwab

* Makefile.in, configure.host, configure.tgt: Add support for
m68k-linux.
* config/m68k/linux.mh: New file.
* config/m68k/linux.mt: New file.
* config/m68k/nm-linux.h: New file.
* config/m68k/tm-linux.h: New file.
* config/m68k/xm-linux.h: New file.
* gdb/m68klinux-nat.c: New file.
* gdbserver/low-linux.c: Add support for m68k-linux.
* gdb/config/m68k/tm-m68k.h (NUM_FREGS): New macro.
