* gdbarch.sh (DEPRECATED_INIT_FRAME_PC_FIRST): Delete.
	* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Re-generate.
	* frame.c (legacy_get_prev_frame): Delete references to
	DEPRECATED_INIT_FRAME_PC_FIRST.
