* Update of three badly terminated macro definitions
- vTaskDelayUntil() to conform to usual pattern do { ... } while(0)
- vTaskNotifyGiveFromISR() and
- vTaskGenericNotifyGiveFromISR() to remove extra terminating semicolons
- This PR addresses issues #553 and #554

* Adjust formatting of task.h
